Restore a purchase

1. Open the photo tool and choose the same photo file you used when you paid.
2. Open Already paid for this photo? under the payment button.
3. Enter the PayPal order ID from your PayPal receipt or account activity, then press Restore downloads.

Purchases are tied to the photo file, not to an account, so editing or re-saving the photo produces a different file. If restore does not work, email us your order ID.

Common fixes

• "Checkout isn't available in your country": we only sell in some countries for now. Framing and checks are free everywhere.
• PayPal button doesn't appear: allow scripts from paypal.com, turn off content blockers for this site, or try another browser.
• HEIC photo won't open: choose the photo from your iPhone's photo picker, which converts it, or switch Camera › Formats to Most Compatible.
• Face not found: drag the three red markers onto the top of your hair, your eyes and your chin, then press Fit to frame.
