These terms apply to your use of BuckBooth, operated by BuckBooth (Morocco). By buying, you agree to them.

The service

BuckBooth helps you frame a photo you took to published document photo rules and creates image files. For $1, paid once through PayPal, you can download a digital photo and a 4×6 print sheet for the photo you used at checkout, in any document format offered on the site. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

No guarantee of acceptance

Government agencies and consulates decide whether to accept a photo. We follow their published measurements and run automatic checks, but we cannot control things like lighting, expression, glasses or how recent the photo is, and rules can change. If a photo is rejected, our refund policy applies.

Your responsibilities

Use a genuine, recent and unaltered photo of the person applying, with their permission. Do not use the service to deceive any authority.

Licence

The files you create are yours to use for your own applications. The site, its code and its content belong to BuckBooth.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
